In the time of Corona, when a poor man was worried about reaching home, was forced to walk on foot risking his life, then Sonu Sood emerged as a messiah, who booked trains and buses with his own money and transported people from big cities to remote villages.
Fateh, his new film is special because it is the first time Sonu Sood was behind the camera.
There have been many actors who became directors, some did it just for the hobby, but some left their mark in film direction, Sonu Sood would definitely be one of them.
Its amazing trailer was enough to get me excited, especially as we are in the race of violent films like Kill, Animal and the recently released film Marco.
While watching Fateh, you can see Sonu Sood's jovial nature, the transition shots in the film focus on the blood before cutting, momos are also ordered in one scene, but then in another scene, a character is seen saying that momos are his favourite since childhood. Obviously, there is a lot of enthusiasm in the catchy transitions which definitely forces you to pay attention to the filmmaking, anyway, coming to the point.
Story
Sonu Sood has worked hard on his story but has not been able to hold on to it, the introduction of some characters does not justify their work, sometimes "Tiger Zinda hai" and sometimes "Animal" start coming to mind while watching the film, the main plot of the story is cyber crime, which is taking a horrific form in our country, it would have been better if the story had moved on one track.The film focuses more on violent action than the story. Violent action is good for the film but perhaps it was not that important in the story.
Performance
Talking about performance, Sonu Sood has given the best performance of his career along with writing and direction. Why has Bollywood not cast him in such a role till date? The rest of the actors have also done a good job. You will see that Vijay Raj is working with full seriousness and the rest of the actors have also done a good job, like Naseeruddin Shah, Jackline Fernandes, etc .
Conclusion
The film is well made, watch this film only in the cinema hall, because some shots have been filmed well which will look good only on the big screen. Otherwise you should watch the film in the name of Sonu Sood.
